Tomiwa Akintokun is a Product Designer from the University of Lincoln, currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Next — where the focus is on delivering high-quality customer support, resolving inquiries, and enhancing satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
As the Founder of Coast & Canal, a remote consultancy, he has contributed to clients' growth by designing tailored UX/UI solutions and strategies rooted in a genuine understanding of how people work, decide, and adopt new tools.
